A Day's Work...

Wootz.. Yesterday's werk was damn crazy lor... But i did learn somethin from a guy... Haha... I learn tat i shouldn't expect much from a guy... Muahaha...

Yesterday was a veri bz day... But my colleague said tat she still remember tat i still haven break my old record which was 10 discharges within 1 shift... I was like wootz!! Realli ar?? I tot tat my record had alwayz been 7 discharges?? Anywayz, yesterday's was 8 discharges... Luckily onli 1 Breast Case.. IF not... I dunnoe wat 2 say liao...

Multiple dressings 2 do... But none r veri extensive... Veri simple ones ar... Ok.. Yesterday had a mini celebration in my ward... Due 1 the 1 Yr Anniversary of the SDAs (Same Day Admissons) whereby pt. don't haf 2 b admitted a day before 4 an operation n waste their money n hospital bed, they r operated on the day tat they r admitted... But luckily admittin them is no longer our job like last time as the patients usualli turn up durin peak hours in the morn... Now got the SDA nurses 2 do all those...

Then, the department manage 2 make money out of the SDA... Had a mini celebration... Makan thingie la... 2 wards combine... Plus the Doctors coverin both wards... Food was GREAT compared 2 when we had previous ward parties...

Didn't get 2 eat much though... Had 2 attend ward inservice 2 attain CNE (Continuin Nursing Education) points... Was bz clearin the discharges case sheets in the MO (Medical Officers) rooms aka Slackers Room when Dr Chua L.S. (Female) n Dr Liang W.H.(Male) came in... Dr. Liang was surfin the net 4 a bouquet of flowers... I tot Dr Chua n Dr Liang r a pair coz they look compatible wid each other and alwayz hang out 2gether... Oh ya... 4get now they r of the same team... Haha... Stupid me... Anywayz, he kept askin Dr. Chua which bouquets were nice...

Then she chose 1 n left the room 2 get some makan... Noticin tat i'm in the room, he ask oso 4 my opinin... I ask him who was it meant 4 coz i tot it's 4 his mother's b'dae coz i kinda overheard them sayin bout a b'dae... Found out tat the flowers was meant 4 his gf... Asked him any special event 2 celebrate since he's gettin her the bouqet, he said tat it's 4 his gf's b'dae... Asked him when was her b'dae, he said few dayz back n tat he's sendin her tis flowers coz he totalli 4gotten bouut it... N i was like DOTZ lor... My choice wid Dr Chua was the same la... Coz the bouqet looks so sweet...

Then, i told him tat i dunnoe if my choice was rite coz i've neva received any flower... Wait a min... Got 1 time... From Naim... My so called scandal durin NPCC dayz... Wakaka... My cadet la... But it was a withered Orchid from his Flower garlain left from the Hula Nite tat we attended... He was sweet or wat??!! Wat ever becomes of him?? Hmm.. I wonder...

Back 2 story, I told him tat my bf oso CMI (Cannot Make It) Ahakz!! Then... Drum roll pls... Dr. Liang said all guys r like tat... Then I was kinda stunned lor... Coz my bro-in-law was sweet or wat... Always buy my sis flowers.. But tat was b4 marriage la... I was thinkin... Tis Dr. Liang didn't even bother 2 defend his kind... Say la... Pple tend 2 4 get coz they r bz... But he not lor... So straight 4ward... Haha...

Then, oso tis Dr Ng W.K. since he n me like fren2 like oreli, alwayz disturb me if he need help... Like the DSMOT (Day Surgery Major Operating Theatre) form la... Make me search the whole ward... He said tat he n Dr A. Valli when 2 the Ward above mine 2 find the form oso don haf... N i was like WTH?? Stupid or wat... Then, I went all the way 2 the other end of my ward n found the forms n he so stupidly go n photocopy another pt's form... Told him tat he owe me 1... He was like ok la... Haha... Actualli, i oso bully him whenever he's on call (Passive)... Haha...

Tis grp of doctors r fun la... But hopefully the new batch b4 tis grp is even better?? God noe... I like the bond tat the doctor n nurses nowadays had compared 2 last time... All was solemn n nurses muz alwayz respect doc tat kinda thing but we all werk as a team rite?? Nurses r wid the pts 24/7 unlike the doc... Can't wait 4 my next nite shift... Haha!! Need 2 show Yhasmin (Bakla)'s pics 2 Imelda (Imang)... Hee...

Gtg now... Wanted 2 upload my pics in Malacca but lazy ar... Mayb some other times...

Ok... I noe i muz b the onli 1 in M.O.M wid the initials SS... (Syoik Sendiri..) But I still can't seem 2 stop myself from includin K-Drama... Juz finish watchin "Wedding" a wk ago... Exactly a wk since i finish it last Fri... There is tis 1 poem inside the drama which touches my heart... When the lead actress propose 2 the lead actor... (Yes!! U didn't get it wrong... The lead actress propose to the lead actor...) But the 1 I'm goin 2 post here is actualli the original 1 by Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe called "Proximity of the Beloved One". Will try to watch the drama again and jot down the same translation used in the drama.

Yesterday, 08/03/2007 is the 2nd M.O.M outing tis yr!! Last met up wid the gang was 2 mths back on the 4th Jan... But not complete attendance la... Cos Mr. Firdaus not there... Anywayz, congrats 2 him 4 finding a new part-time job... Means tat i can get u 2 belanja me from now on Fir?? *Wink wink... Hee... Sally was late!! By 3 HOURS!! Wootz!! Shah was fumin mad... But wat 2 do... Sally gotta werk... M.O.M, muz support Sally k... Shah yg memgamuk, i ended up wid no appetite... Haha... Actualli worried tat my mom would blast @ me la... Hee... But luckily she neva scold me onli tat she ask me if I've eaten or not... I said i neva eat coz i miss Mom's food... Cheh!! Buat baik konon... Ahakz!!
