Long Day...

2day 1 had 2 dates... 1 after another...1020hrs till 1800hrs was wid Sally 2 Air Show... 1900hrs till 2030hrs wid Shah...

Had brunch @ T3 wid Sally... Coz of her "CI" cravings... Planned 4 our KIV trip 2 Bali aka "Wildlife" trip in June... Den we headed off 2 d Air Show... RSAF was DAEBAK!! Cool shit la canz!! Being der 4 my 1st time... I was excited!! But due 2 my "take 4 granted" attitude 2day... I took my Dad's word tat he had already charged d cam batt... Luckily Sally brought 2 cameras... From der... We went camwhoring... Keke...

Of all time her main cam had 2 broke down when she is taking my picture wid the Australian (Cute) Pilot Sgt... Haiz... But somehow... Her cam tat I was using managed tat 4 her turn.. WTH?!(Dah nasib badan...) Aniwaez... As per normal... We went crappin ard yet again... Sally n I imagining tat we haf our own private plane... N d "PORK Airlines" thingie... Keke... Ma'am!! Our crappin ard is becoming more occasional ar?? Including our dates... Keke... Muz now get Sally involved in Kpop...

Den... Meet up wid Shah... Meet up @ WM... Had 2 buy our (Meaning me n My sis....) weekly supply of Kimchi @ Sol Mart... @ d same time... Needed some1 2 lure me from Comics Connection...Intention was 2 pass her d SNSD Oh! Album n get my Sis 2nd Oh! Album including Dinner... Was toking bout Fan Ficts I tink... When d ADVENTURE BEGINS!!

We boarded d wrong bus... Hehe... Not wrong bus la... Except tat tat bus would b d same bus 4 me 2 get hm should I haf taken it @ d opposite bustop... We ended up @ d bustop near Sally's house... Keke... Interesting...Wakaka!! I was like... Calling Sally... N den... "Ma'am... TOLONG!! We r lost!!" Wakaka!!

When I reach hm... As per normal kena nagging... Den I was SHOCKED!! I got a SUNBURNT!! Nose down... So now u can c a like across my face... Argghh!! UGLY!! I shouldn't haf disturbed Sally bout being darker toned den I am... Sob... Sob...

Oh well... I've suggested 2 Sally n Shah... Mayb we should make a Parody 4 Sorry Sorry by M.O.M?? Wat d u guys tink??

PS: D Bali Trip n Parody is up suggestions n discussion... Oh ya... Sally n I intend 4 d Bali Trip 2 b from 23rd till 26th June?? Sally said tat on d 25th we can haf a Seafood Dinner by d beach 4 our anniversary... How bout tat??

Mindfulness

Out of curiosity... D only sentence tat capture my attention was... Managing Stress n Duke - NUS... I attended a full day workshop bout Mindfulness & Managing Stress... It was AWESOME!! Except 4 d part in which we r learning bout d theories of Mindfulness... D exercises was nice n relaxing...

We did Meditation & Qigong... Eventhough d lecturer said it was juz d tip of d iceberg... But den... It was quite relaxing...

Mindfulness - Being aware despite provocations... I've learnt 2 "DROP"... While concentrating durin "DROP" session... I've learnt tat we do haf a control over our mind... Juz tat we r not aware of it... Once u acknowledge ur problems... Overcoming dem is easier... Acknowledging ur surroundings...

During 1 of d "DROP" sessions, I was concentrating on my breathe tat somehow 1 song slips into my mind... Daesung's - Cotton Candy & Alex's - Daydreaming...


Learning to DROP... 1 wish I can practice tis more often... But somehow I don tink my surroundings allows me... My Mum surely cannot let me go... She'll b... "ADIK!! Do tis... ADIK!! Do tat..." D onli time off I haf is sleeping... Haiz...
